- Onboard 2.4 kW dust collection The 850M carries an integrated dust collection unit that captures grinding dust at the source.
- LiDAR site mapping A LiDAR scan identifies walls, columns and surrounding structures, and the robot plans its grinding path from it.
- 18.5 kW planetary grinding The planetary disc runs at 400–2,000 rpm under 18.5 kW of grinding power.
- 850 ± 50 mm working width Each pass covers 850 ± 50 mm, sized for large-area surface preparation rather than single rooms.
- 5 cm positioning accuracy Real-time positioning holds the machine to within 5 cm while it travels at 0.5 m/s and climbs slopes of up to 15°.
- Prepares floors for coatings It removes surface laitance ahead of epoxy, sealed hardener, emery hardener and terrazzo floor systems.
Descrição
The BMR Floor Grinding Robot 850M is the model in BrightMaster Robotics' 850 series that carries its own dust collection. It grinds the laitance off concrete slabs and prepares them for epoxy coatings, sealed and emery sealed hardeners, epoxy terrazzo, inorganic terrazzo and terrazzo, on the large floor plates of underground car parks, factory workshops, warehouses, laboratories, sports venues and commercial buildings.
Its integrated 2.4 kW dust collection unit is the deciding difference within the series. BMR points the 850M at projects where onboard dust collection is required or preferred, and the more compact 850S at sites that already run external extraction. The onboard unit costs size and weight: at 754 kg and 2,030 × 915 × 1,275 mm, the 850M is the heavier and longer of the two machines.
Before it grinds, a LiDAR scan picks out the walls, columns and other structures on the floor plate. From that the robot plans its path, tracks its position in real time to within 5 cm and grinds automatically. The planetary disc turns at 400–2,000 rpm under 18.5 kW of grinding power across an 850 ± 50 mm working width; the machine travels at 0.5 m/s and climbs slopes of up to 15°.
On site it needs a 380 VAC three-phase five-wire supply at 50 or 60 Hz, and it carries a 48 V / 30 Ah traction battery with a 9 km operating range. It is meant for flooring contractors and construction teams preparing floors by the thousand square metres, where every pass has to match the last. Grinding tooling and consumables are agreed with the quotation.
Key Capabilities
- Integrated dust collection: A 2.4 kW onboard unit captures grinding dust at the source.
- LiDAR navigation: The robot maps walls and columns, plans its own path and positions itself to within 5 cm.
- 850 mm class grinding: An 18.5 kW planetary disc at 400–2,000 rpm covers 850 ± 50 mm per pass.
- Coating preparation: It removes laitance ahead of epoxy, sealed hardener and terrazzo floor systems.
- Large-area work: A 9 km operating range, 0.5 m/s travel and 15° climbing suit large open floor plates.
This model is offered on a quotation basis. Configuration, accessories, integration scope and delivery schedule all change the final figure, so pricing is confirmed per project rather than listed.

Perguntas frequentes
It is an autonomous concrete floor grinding robot from BrightMaster Robotics with integrated dust collection. It removes laitance and prepares large concrete floor areas for epoxy, hardener and terrazzo systems.
The 850M adds an integrated 2.4 kW dust collection unit, which makes it heavier and longer: 754 kg and 2,030 × 915 × 1,275 mm, against 627 kg and 1,520 × 866 × 1,204 mm for the 850S, which is meant for sites with external extraction. Both have an 850 ± 50 mm working width, 18.5 kW grinding power, LiDAR navigation and 5 cm positioning accuracy.
A LiDAR scan identifies walls, columns and other structures. The robot plans its own path from that scan, positions itself in real time to within 5 cm and grinds automatically.
It takes a 380 VAC three-phase five-wire supply at 50 or 60 Hz. It also carries a 48 V / 30 Ah traction battery with a 9 km operating range.
It grinds concrete ahead of epoxy coatings, sealed hardeners, emery sealed hardeners, epoxy terrazzo, inorganic terrazzo and terrazzo, in car parks, workshops, warehouses, laboratories, sports venues and commercial buildings.
It is offered by quotation — configuration, quantity and delivery are confirmed per project.
