The Topsky Tianlong Tantu W15 is a multi-functional unmanned ground vehicle that brings fire-scene reconnaissance, logistics support, and environmental hazard awareness together on one platform. At its core is a high-capacity fog cannon with a large air exhaust volume, used for smoke exhaust, air supply and ventilation, airflow management, and dust suppression, with recirculation-driven operation that improves water conservation on scene. Around this suppression-and-airflow capability the W15 adds reconnaissance, the transport of rescue equipment such as water hoses and demolition tools, and support for multiple types of toxic and harmful gas detection sensors, helping incident command judge safe approach routes and monitor atmospheric conditions.

Engineered for real incident conditions rather than controlled indoor settings, the W15 emphasises traction, climbing ability, wading depth, and stable driving. It provides strong power for dragging hoses, with the published specification confirming performance for pulling two DN80 full water hoses over a defined distance, mechanising a demanding task and reducing responder fatigue and exposure time. The platform connects to a networked cloud platform that reports real-time position, battery level, audio and video, and gas-environment detection, giving supervisors a shared view across multiple teams during complex industrial and municipal fire operations.
