- One-Pass Sweeping and Scrubbing Sweeping and scrubbing happen in a single pass at 550 mm scrubbing width, or up to 708 mm with side brushes, so one run replaces a sequence of separate cleaning passes.
- Optional Dust Mopping and Polishing Dust mopping and polishing are available as options alongside the core sweep-and-scrub workflow, extending the machine across more of a facility's floor-care schedule.
- AI-Native Proactive Cleaning The AI-native cleaning system targets spills and messes proactively rather than waiting for the next scheduled route over that area.
- LiDAR + 3D VSLAM Fusion Positioning Fused LiDAR and 3D VSLAM positioning maps complex environments and keeps movement safe around people, fixtures and obstacles.
- Ride-On Mode and Audio-Visual Alerts Staff can ride and drive the machine directly when that is quicker than autonomous routing, while audio-visual alerts keep the robot's intentions legible to people sharing the floor.
- Optional Workstation for Unattended Operation The optional workstation handles refilling, drainage and charging, which is what turns long shifts into genuinely unattended operation rather than supervised runs.
Description
The PUDU BG1 is a large autonomous scrubber-dryer built for high-coverage commercial floor care. It sweeps and scrubs in one pass, offers optional dust mopping and polishing, supports edge scrubbing and doses cleaning agent automatically from a dual-agent system — the combination that lets one machine replace a sequence of separate cleaning passes across a large indoor space.
Coverage is what the specification is built around. Scrubbing width is 550 mm, or up to 708 mm with side brushes, and the robot is rated for up to 2000 m²/h of covered cleaning and up to 6000 m²/h of spot cleaning at a cruise speed of 0.2 to 1.0 m/s. A 90 Ah battery on a 48 V platform supports up to 7.5 hours of sweeping and scrubbing, recharging in about 3 hours at high voltage or 4.5 hours at low voltage, and the 75 L clean-water and 60 L waste-water tanks are sized so tank capacity does not become the limit before the battery does.
Navigation uses LiDAR and 3D VSLAM fusion positioning to map and move through complex environments while keeping safe distance from people, fixtures and obstacles. The AI-native cleaning system goes after spills and messes proactively rather than only running fixed routes, ride-on mode lets staff drive the machine directly when that is faster, and audio-visual alerts keep the robot legible to people sharing the floor. An optional workstation handles refilling, drainage and charging for unattended operation.
At approximately 344 kg and 1195 x 760 x 1303 mm with the squeegee fitted, the BG1 needs a minimum path clearance of 85 cm — check that figure against your narrowest routine route before specifying. It suits large commercial, public, logistics, education, healthcare, transport and property-service environments that need predictable autonomous floor-care coverage.
Units are sourced new through established distribution channels and arrive with the full manufacturer warranty. Robotix Market ships worldwide and coordinates after-sales support with Pudu's service network; on-site installation and commissioning are not included.

Frequently Asked Questions
It is a large autonomous scrubber-dryer robot for high-coverage commercial floor care. It sweeps and scrubs in one pass, with optional dust mopping and polishing, in large commercial, public, logistics, education, healthcare, transport and property-service environments.
It uses LiDAR and 3D VSLAM fusion positioning to map and navigate complex spaces, moving safely around people, fixtures and obstacles without relying on floor markers.
Up to 7.5 hours of sweeping and scrubbing on a 90 Ah, 48 V battery, recharging in about 3 hours at high voltage or 4.5 hours at low voltage. Rated cleaning performance is up to 2000 m2/h covered and up to 6000 m2/h spot cleaning, with 75 L clean and 60 L waste water tanks.
Both. The optional workstation provides refilling, drainage and charging for unattended operation, while ride-on mode lets staff drive the machine directly when that is faster than autonomous routing.
The BG1 is offered on request rather than at a published price. Pricing depends on configuration, workstation and accessory options and destination, and is confirmed during quotation along with warranty scope and delivery schedule.
