The Topsky LT-3.0T is a pedestrian-operated explosion-proof electric pallet truck rated for a 3,000 kg load capacity at a 600 mm load center, built for material handling in industrial zones where combustible gas atmospheres may be present. Designed and produced by Beijing Topsky Century Holding Co., Ltd., the LT-3.0T applies flameproof and explosion-protected engineering to its motor and electrical systems, with a specially rated explosion-proof power supply, to minimise ignition risk from electrical arcing, sparks, and surface temperature exceedances. At 694 mm wide and weighing 460 kg including battery, it is sized for standard aisle widths while delivering full-load walking speed of 4.5 km/h and empty speed of 5 km/h with polyurethane tyres for smooth, low-noise (70 dB(A)) operation.

The LT-3.0T operates through a handle-rod interface, making it well suited to staging and material movement tasks in petroleum processing, chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, textile facilities, and food manufacturing plants classified for hazardous area use. Beyond the base configuration, Topsky offers an optional explosion-proof weighing system using high-precision explosion-proof sensors, an explosion-proof junction box, and a dedicated weighing meter with wireless signal capability, as well as stainless-steel fork cladding for corrosion resistance and custom fork dimensions to accommodate non-standard pallets, racks, or process constraints. These options position the LT-3.0T as a compliance-ready platform for sites where material traceability, zone-based equipment certification, and corrosion control are operational requirements alongside basic pallet-handling capability.
